Refund policy

At 2OUT, all products are made-to-order. This means every item is printed and produced specifically after your order is placed. Because of this production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Please carefully check our size guides and product details before placing your order.

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a printing/manufacturing error
  • You received the wrong item due to our mistake

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

After inspection and approval, we will issue a refund for the affected product.

Please note:
We do not offer direct size exchanges. If a sizing issue was caused by our production error, the original item will be refunded and the customer can place a new order for the correct size.

Non-Returnable Situations

Because all items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of style or personal taste
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Items must not be sent back without prior contact and approval.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer law, customers normally have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days.

However, according to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Since all 2OUT products are printed on demand and produced individually after purchase, they are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
